to live and the grounds are kept clean. Any issue I have had inside my apartment has always been resolved quickly. I am also very confident in the maintenance staff to complete any project correctly. I have only seen a change in office management and staff once in the years I have lived here. They have always been very helpful in resolving issues and answering any questions I may have. They are also very warm and welcoming to everyone. By everyone I mean everyone. I have seen some very rude tenants come through the office demanding things and they have always maintained their kindness. I could only wish I had an ounce of their patience. Being kind and respectful goes a longer way than being rude and demanding. Additionally, when the management had to address concerns regarding my stay here, they have always been kind. Lastly what makes this place great are some of the other tenants here. Everyone I have come across has treated me with kindness and a smile. It also warms my heart when people stop me and ask if they can pet my dog. Honestly this is a great place in a great location. 10 out of 10.

Monday morning!!! Who is ready to start the day with a smile on their face I was not ready. Michelle, the manager was very ... very nice and very well informed and knew all the information did not have to say wait a minute. I called back several times once my client decided to lease sight unseen from Maryland. I felt very confident she will arrive and be happy with her new home. Thanks, Michelle, great job, not every manager answers the phone let alone with all the information right there. I have been a locator for 35 years and very seldom impressed when I call a community and they have all the information you need without putting you on hold while they look it up.
